Your telephone's inside wiring and jacks can become an unforeseen problem. Since wiring is hidden from view, you never know its true condition. It may
seem completely reliable but be hanging on by a thread.
By subscribing to our Inside Wire Maintenance plan, when a Southeast Nebraska Communications technician is called to a customer's home or business and the problem is found to be in the inside wiring or jacks installed by us or others, the customer will not be charged our hourly Service Call rate of $35 per hour plus materials for the visit and to repair the inside wiring or jacks. Wiring and jacks installed by someone other than Southeast Nebraska Communications must meet industry standards, and the manner in which they are installed must also meet industry standards.
To avoid paying a Service Call charge for inside wiring or jack problems, sign up for our Inside Wire Maintenance plan for only $1.50 per month.
The Inside Wire Maintenance plan does not cover the hourly Service Call charges if the problem is found to be in the phone, modem, computer, router or network wiring. Damage to wiring and jacks caused by pets, animals, human negligence, or vandalism are not covered under this plan. Overtime charges may apply if technicians are asked to respond outside normal business hours.
