Our prayer line.

The Episcopal church believes in the power of prayer. Our congregation regularly prays for our own members needs as well as for the needs of the country, the world, and the people of the whole world.
We would be honored to pray for your needs, and the needs of your friends and relatives if they or you are in  trouble, sorrow, pain, or any other adversity.
If we can perform this service for you, please call our prayer line at 402-245-2861.  It is not necessary for us to know any of the details, since we know that God knows who has asked for the prayer, but it will help to focus our prayer if we have a first name. Please do not give us a last name, as we do not want to be able to spread news you may not want broadcast. A simple request similar to " Please pray for  Tom (or Sally, or Jim )" will be enough. We will keep your request in our prayer list for three weeks. If you need more than that, simply call the prayer line and make the request again. Or, if you know how long you would like us to keep the prayer going, make the time part of the request.
These prayers are said during our services on Wednesday at 5:30 pm. and during our service on Saturday or  Sunday morning depending on our worship schedule. If you have an emergency and need a group of prayers right away, please tell us . We have a phone system that notifies our members of emergency needs, and we can start a prayer series within hours.
If you would like to help us in this ministry, please come to our Wednesday evening prayer service and join your voice with ours as we pray for our fellow man., or join us on Saturday or Sunday. See the schedule page for dates and times.
